The term "Expulsar," meaning "to eradicate" or "cast out" in Spanish, encapsulates the game's core mission. Players are tasked with avoiding negative objects such as gold coins, mirrors, and leavened bread while collecting positive items to boost their energy levels.

A final battle involves the player teaming up with an assisting character to confront and vanquish each of the seven demons across different scenes. The game is designed for children aged 5-11 but remains engaging for all ages. Players choose to navigate the game as George or his twin sister, Sarah, selecting from 18 virtuous characters to aid in their quest. They also select one of three divine weapons and one prayer from a dedicated list before entering each colorful scene.

During gameplay, players leap between platforms, attacking negative objects for points and collecting energy from positive items along the way. Should they fail four times, a demon may possess them—but they can then switch to their virtuous helper character, whose faith in God guides them through the final battle against the demon. The confrontation involves firing at the demon while hearing bells and experiencing a sense of peace as evil is overcome. The game concludes with characters uniting in prayer, symbolizing spiritual victory.
